What kind of support can you provide?
We provide a wide range of services to help adults maintain their independence, ranging from personal care to everyday practical tasks. We provide a care package to suit each client’s particular needs. For more details, visit the Services page.
What are the costs for your services?
We aim to provide high quality affordable services that are accessible to all. Our services range from £10.42 per hour to £12.36 per hour. For more information, see our Services page.
How do I arrange homebased care for a relative?
At first we will need confirmation from you, your relative and any professional who has advised they need help, for example, a health visitor or a doctor. Then we will discuss your relative’s needs with them and with you and from there we will put together a care package.
I live alone and my doctor has advised me I may need some practical help at home when I come out of hospital. Can you provide advice on the kind of support I might need?
We can provide all the advice you need. All you have to do is contact us and we will arrange for one of our Care Managers to advise you on the best care package for you. Only when we have your agreement will we go ahead with arranging your homebased care. You can review your choice of services at any time.
How long does it take for you to get help to someone?
Once we have confirmed a client’s healthcare needs, we can provide help within 24 hours - often at shorter notice.
Where do you provide services?
We offer support to homes across the Midlands, with bases in Erdington, Coventry and Walsall. To check if we can provide services to your home, please Contact us.
How long can you provide care for?
We can offer homebased care for periods of half an hour to round the clock 24-hour care. Our care workers can be provided to sleep-in overnight or on a ‘waking night’ basis.
I feel nervous about having someone I don’t know to help me in my home. How does it work?
It’s natural to feel nervous about having someone new helping you in your home. This is why we specialise in providing sensitive staff who are highly experienced at helping people maintain their independence. All our staff undergo rigorous checks before they start work with us. We also carefully match each client with a careworker who is compatible with them in terms of race, religion and other needs.
